With great passion, I created my business Clutter-Free 4Life in 2014. At a young age, I was very motivated in all aspects of my life. I kept my room tidy, did all my chores, excelled in school, participated in many community activities, and babysat for work. With a busy life, I began to make daily lists, keep a calendar with planned activities, and was always on time. I was able to accomplish a lot and be very efficient. At that time, I did not know what "organized" meant. Little did I know that being organized would help me succeed as an adult.
Getting my master's degree and working in Human Resources for many years has given me the foundation and knowledge to run my business. Managing the household and family as a stay- at- home mom taught me about the challenges of helping others to manage possessions and things. Working as a Professional Organizer and specializing in clutter management has been a great fit for me as I believe in the “less is more” philosophy, and I try to incorporate it into my daily routine. I like living simply, efficiently, and on less. I am passionate about helping people reduce stress, gain more time, save money, and improve their living environment for the long-term.
One of the best investments I made is completing a Coaching Essentials course in 2020. This intensive, 8-week course through Coach Approach Training enhanced communication skills and helped me create a more collaborative methodology for working with my clients. I was also a proud member of National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO) for 7 years. NAPO has over 3,500 members worldwide and is dedicated to helping people and organizations bring order and efficiency to their lives. Participation in NAPO allowed me to build my network of local organizers and learn from their experience as I was building my own knowledge. I now have many partnerships and contacts that I leverage to scale as required for larger projects.
I have worked with a variety of clients and spaces including families living in large homes, seniors living in 55+ communities, small businesses, and even someone living full-time in an RV. Helping clients to downsize, declutter, and organize is a process that takes time and perseverance, but the reward is great. Your home is one of the biggest and most important assets you will invest in, so shouldn't you make it your happy place? Together we’ll get you on the path to a more organized way of living. The only caution I have is that this way of living may bring you more happiness. It has for me!
I am excited to release my first book, Creating A Clutter-Free Life. This book is designed to help anyone who is looking to live a simpler life. I share my own journey and that of my clients and important lessons learned.
